ROLE
– Own and drive the entire design function across 3PL and SaaS platforms
– Define end-to-end user experiences across multiple systems
– Build and manage a scalable design system
– Ensure consistency across web dashboards and mobile apps
– Work closely with product and engineering to deliver execution-ready designs
– Make complex operational workflows simple, fast, and reliable for users
– Own end-to-end design across 3PL logistics platform, Fleet SaaS dashboards, and mobile apps
– Design system and UI consistency across products
– UX for operations-heavy workflows
– Design quality across all releases

REQUIREMENTS
– Experience working on SaaS platforms, Logistics / mobility / operations-heavy products
– Strong expertise in User flows and interaction design, Dashboard design, Mobile-first design
– Proven ability to handle complex systems and workflows
– Strong execution capability
– Experience managing or mentoring designers
– Proficiency in tools like Figma, Prototyping tools
– Ability to work closely with product and engineering teams
– Experience in EV / fleet / logistics domain
– Exposure to Design systems at scale, Multi-tenant or role-based platforms, Understanding of basic frontend constraints
