ROLE
– Produce 2D and 3D CAD drawings for copper smelting plants, refineries, and manufacturing machinery
– Create detailed fabrication drawings for copper components, tubes, sheets, or cathodes
– Collaborate with mechanical, structural, and process engineers to translate conceptual designs into working drawings
– Visit plant sites to collect measurements and update existing drawings to reflect “as-built” conditions
– Maintain and update a library of engineering drawings, revisions, and project documentation
– Assist in calculating material requirements and structural dimensions
– Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations and industry standards for handling hazardous materials

REQUIREMENTS
– Autocad skills
– SolidWorks skills
– Experience with piping, structural, and electrical layouts
– Knowledge of material properties and dimensions
– Ability to collaborate with mechanical, structural, and process engineers
