ROLE
– Maintain updated knowledge of real‑estate and construction-related safety regulations.
– Liaise with government bodies for inspections, audits, and statutory documentation.
– Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly site safety inspections.
– Ensure proper safety measures such as scaffolding standards, PPE usage, machinery safety, electrical safety, and material handling practices.
– Monitor contractor safety compliance and issue non-compliance reports.
– Implement waste management plans, pollution control measures, and energy conservation practices.
– Monitor air, water, noise, and soil parameters as per environmental standards.
– Ensure compliance with environmental permits and sustainability goals.
– Maintain incident/near-miss/accident records and report to management.
– Conduct toolbox talks, induction training, and periodic safety workshops for workers, staff, and contractors.
– Promote a strong safety culture and awareness programs on-site and across properties.
– Prepare EHS reports—daily, weekly, monthly KPIs.
– Maintain statutory records, checklists, inspection logs, and audit reports.
