ROLE
– Maintain 5’s at the floor.
– Execute and maintain the records at the following stages:
– Cell Level Voltage & IR for verification and maintain the record with respect to the Serial number for each model and project separately.
– Welding inspection and maintain the record with respect to the Serial number for each model and project separately.
– Final Quality Inspection and maintain the record with respect to the Serial number for each model and project separately.
– Process the BMS testing and maintain the record with respect to the Serial number for each model and project separately.
– Execute the testing for Inverter less, BMS, GPRS, DC-DC Adaptor, DPAU150W, IL Series, and Dash Products.
– Process daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance to equipment involved in the production floor.
– Reach stage-wise production targets greater than 95%.
– Escalate non-conformance of material, tools, equipment, and in-process rejection to the concerned team member.
– Maintain material in-process rejection less than 0.5%.
– Verify and validate new products at production for the first 5 units.
– Debug and root cause non-conformance to act on corrective and preventive approaches.
