– Keeping timesheets and records for reporting purposes
– Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety legislations, standards, and codes of practice
– Preparing and managing the implementation of the Project Management Project Safety Plan
– Assembling and leading a team of experts
– Coordinating with key stakeholders
– Managing subcontractors and suppliers
– Carrying out negotiations with contractors and suppliers
– Creating lasting client relationships
– Understanding clients’ business needs and constraints
– Representing the client during the project’s stages
– Overseeing the processes throughout the projects’ duration
– Representing and promoting JLL throughout the project
– Ensuring that JLL meets company profit targets set for the project

REQUIREMENTS
– Proven expertise in site management
– Certified professional in a building-related discipline
– Significant experiences in site supervision
– Solid background in various relevant sectors, including commercial, hotels, industrial, and retail fitout
– Leadership skills
– Superior interpersonal and communications skills
– Ability to delegate tasks and motivate contractors
