– Preparing and managing the implementation of the Project Management Project Safety Plan
– Assembling and leading a team of experts
– Coordinating with key stakeholders
– Managing subcontractors and suppliers
– Negotiating with contractors and suppliers
– Creating lasting client relationships
– Representing the client during the project’s stages
– Overseeing the processes throughout the projects’ duration
– Representing and promoting JLL throughout the project
– Ensuring company profit targets are met

REQUIREMENTS
– Proven expertise in site management
– Certified professional in a building-related discipline
– Significant experience in site supervision
– Solid background in various relevant sectors
– Leadership skills
– Ability to constantly improve existing competencies
– Willingness to learn the ropes of the job
– Superior interpersonal and communications skills
