ROLE
– Combine medical records including injuries, medical clearances, and hearing tests into one consolidated file for each employee
– Remove and organize files for employees no longer with HGAP
– Prepare and send appropriate records to Iron Mountain for long-term storage
– Assist in organizing program documents and records such as training logs, injury reports, inspection documentation, and program files
– Move and centralize documents into a secure and accessible location for OSHA auditors
– Support general audit readiness tasks leading up to the August VPP audit
– Support broader EHS initiatives as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
– Interest or experience in Environmental, Health & Safety
– Ability to work with confidential files and maintain accuracy
– Excellent attention to detail
– Strong organizational skills
– Clear and professional communication
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Willingness to learn and support multiple aspects of the EHS program
– Bachelor’s degree in Progress -Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline
– Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited U.S. college/university
– Minimum 2.5 or above GPA preferred
