ROLE
– Monitor pH, TDS, flow, chemical dosing, and other treatment parameters.
– Ensure proper treatment and disposal/recycling of wastewater.
– Maintain ETP logs, reports, and operational records.
– Ensure compliance with Pollution Control Board norms and environmental regulations.
– Operate and monitor boiler systems safely and efficiently.
– Maintain required steam pressure, temperature, and water levels.
– Monitor fuel consumption and boiler performance parameters.
– Maintain boiler operation logbooks and records.
– Ensure compliance with boiler safety standards and statutory requirements.
– Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
– Ensure safe handling of chemicals and utility equipment.
– Report unsafe conditions immediately.
