ROLE
– Ensure timely recovery of overdue payments and EMIs
– Follow up on delinquent accounts and resolve payment issues
– Plan daily routes and visits efficiently to maximize productivity
– Maintain accurate records of customer visits and collection status
– Update collection data in CRM/ERP systems in real-time or end-of-day
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
– Address customer queries related to billing, payments, or disputes
– Educate customers on payment schedules and policies
– Identify high-risk accounts and escalate to management
– Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical collection practices
– Maintain proper documentation and receipts for all collections
– Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
– Coordinate for dispute resolution and account reconciliation
– Provide regular feedback from the field to improve processes

REQUIREMENTS
– Prior experience in field collections, recovery, or sales preferred
– Freshers with strong field willingness may also be considered
– DRA Certification is must
– Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
– Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
– Basic knowledge of financial/credit processes
– Familiarity with mobile apps/CRM tools
– Time management and route planning
– Must own/operate a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
– Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
– Comfortable working in field-based roles
