ROLE
– Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits, providing accurate information about solar, Material, Installation and services.
– Guide customers through each stage of the solar project: site survey, documentation, installation, net metering, and commissioning.
– Update customers regularly on project status and timelines.
– Maintain up-to-date customer records and project data in CRM tools or internal systems.
– Handle complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution.
– Escalate technical or operational issues to the relevant departments when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
– Ability to handle technical and non-technical queries with clarity and patience.
– Familiarity with solar energy products and basic installation processes is a plus.
– Proficient in using ZOHO CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms “Exotel”.
– Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
– Willingness to learn and stay updated on solar technologies and government policies.
– Prior experience in the solar/renewable energy sector.
– Knowledge of MNRE, DISCOM, and net metering procedures.
– Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple customers/projects.
