ROLE
– Handle inbound leads and follow up with potential customers and dealers
– Achieve monthly sales targets set by the team lead
– Maintain accurate sales records, lead trackers, and daily reports
– Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
– Share regular updates on pipeline status and closures with the manager

REQUIREMENTS
– Graduate in any discipline
– Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales
– Fluent in Bengali and Hindi; basic English communication preferred
– Strong interpersonal and convincing skills with a customer-first approach
– Basic familiarity with EV, automotive, or energy products is an added advantage
