ROLE
– Provide timely support for BD related activities such as preparing quotations, sales orders, invoicing etc
– Undertake all Sales related activities on ERP
– Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of service
– Support with data on sales, receivables etc for internal or customer facing reviews
– Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
– Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
– 2-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the automotive sector
– Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
– Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop business strategies
– Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite
– Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
