ROLE
– Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
– Configure SAP modules as per business needs.
– Support SAP implementation and rollout projects.
– Provide functional support for SAP issues and incidents.
– Coordinate with technical teams for developments.
– Conduct end-user training and prepare user manuals.
– Assist in data migration and system upgrades.
– Ensure timely resolution of tickets in line with SLAs.

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Commerce, or related field.
– 1–4 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant.
– Hands-on experience in all/most modules of SAP Business One.
– Experience in support/implementation projects.
– Strong understanding of business processes and integration points.
– Basic knowledge of SAP configuration and documentation.
– Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
