Field Executive – Schools for Forests Project

Farmers for Forests (F4F) – Manchar, Maharashtra, India

ROLE
– Conduct school outreach and coordinate schedules, permissions, and student participation.
– Deliver approved educational sessions on climate change, biodiversity, and environmental themes.
– Plan and facilitate student visits to BD Hub, ensuring smooth logistics, safety, and structured activities.
– Maintain accurate digital records, attendance, reports, photographs, and participant feedback.
– Support employee engagement programs and coordinate with the BD Hub team for activity readiness.
– Participate in meetings and reviews, and undertake additional responsibilities for effective program implementation.

REQUIREMENTS
– Prior experience in school engagement, teaching, community outreach, or environmental education will be preferred.
– Good understanding of climate change, biodiversity, and environmental awareness concepts.
– Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging students and school authorities.
– Ability to coordinate school schedules, manage visits, and handle field logistics.
– Basic documentation, reporting, and digital data entry skills.
– Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in field-based environments.
– Willingness to travel locally for school outreach activities.
