ROLE
– Drive B2B field sales of lithium-ion batteries for e-rickshaws
– Develop and manage relationships with e-rickshaw dealers, distributors, and fleet owners
– Identify new dealer partners and fleet operators to expand the sales network
– Coordinate with finance partners to enable battery financing for dealer and fleet customers
– Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and close sales
– Achieve monthly B2B sales targets and dealer onboarding goals
– Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and provide after-sales coordination
REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience in B2B field sales and dealer network development
– Understanding of battery or vehicle financing coordination is an added advantage
– Must have own bike and valid driving license for field work
– Strong knowledge of the local Howrah-Hooghly dealers and EV market
