ROLE
– Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and scenario analysis for JV projects and initiatives.
– Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations for JV leadership and partner stakeholders.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track KPIs, improve operational efficiency, and identify risk mitigation strategies.
– Support due diligence, budgeting, and forecasting for new ventures and business expansions.
– Ensure compliance with JV agreements, regulatory requirements, and partner reporting standards.

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Proactive mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
– Hands-on experience in financial statement analysis and financial modelling.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
– 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or corporate strategy roles.
– Exposure to joint ventures, project finance, or transaction advisory is a plus.
