ROLE
– Manage end-to-end accounting operations including journal entries, bank entries, and financial transaction recording.
– Maintain books of accounts using Tally ERP and Zoho Books with accuracy and compliance.
– Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, ESIC, PF, PT, and other statutory requirements, including return filings and payments.
– Handle vendor and customer ledger reconciliations and conduct regular ledger scrutiny.
– Process vendor payments and payroll payments through bank portals and record corresponding accounting entries.
– Manage import-export documentation and coordinate with logistics partners/CHA.
– Support financial reviews to ensure accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness.
– Work cross-functionally to streamline financial operations and improve processes.

REQUIREMENTS
– 4- 7 years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial operations, and statutory compliance.
– Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and Zoho Books.
– Solid understanding of Indian statutory frameworks and compliance requirements.
– Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
