ROLE

– Collaborate with product and backend teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment on system design.
– Conduct technical research on emerging frontend technologies and frameworks to evaluate adoption opportunities.
– Drive systematic improvements and targeted refactoring of existing codebases to enhance maintainability and reduce technical debt.
– Plan and lead initiatives for platform improvements such as performance optimization, bundle size reduction, and modularization.
– Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in frontend engineering.
– Actively contribute to technical discussions, architectural planning, and decision making processes.

REQUIREMENTS
– Deep understanding of frontend architecture, modular design, and design patterns.
– Experience with performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, tree shaking, and caching strategies.
– Proficiency in responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
– Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures and design systems.
– Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for frontend deployments.
– Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for large-scale applications.
– Understanding of Web Workers, OffscreenCanvas, and techniques for offloading heavy computations.
– Ability to perform technical research, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend adoption strategies.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in architectural discussions.
