ROLE
– Drive Booking–Billing–Collection targets with regional accountability.
– Align Marketing, Product, and Operations for unified revenue outcomes.
– Expand EyeROV’s footprint across high-value sectors:
– Defence & Homeland Security
– Hydropower & Dams
– Water, Sewage & Desalination
– Ports & Maritime Infrastructure
– Disaster Management & Emergency Response
– Develop strategic partnerships with EPCs, Consultants & System Integrators.
– Strengthen long-term project pipeline and national presence.
– Ensure accurate forecasting and strong CRM pipeline discipline.
– Standardize proposals, pricing frameworks & approval workflows.
– Lead weekly sales reviews and monthly board performance updates.
– Drive adherence to incentive structures and KPI achievement.
– Coach and mentor regional sales leaders.
– Define KPIs and performance scorecards.
– Build a culture of ownership, accountability & transparency.
– Collaborate with HR on hiring & capability building.
– Build CXO-level relationships across Government, PSUs & Enterprises.
– Lead major contract negotiations & commercial discussions.
– Represent EyeROV at national industry events & defence forums.
– Oversee documentation, completion milestones & collections with Finance & Operations.

REQUIREMENTS
– 15–20 years of progressive B2G / B2B Sales Leadership experience.
– Strong track record in capital equipment/technology solution sales to Defence, PSU, or Government clients.
– Experience scaling regional or national sales teams in Defence, Oil & Gas, Hydro, or Infrastructure sectors.
– Strategic GTM & revenue planning expertise.
– Deep understanding of GEM, RFPs, Tender & Public Procurement Processes.
– Strong negotiation & executive communication skills.
– Data-driven CRM & pipeline management discipline.
– High accountability with readiness for extensive domestic travel.
