ROLE
– Track and monitor department-wise KPIs and performance metrics
– Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates of data
– Develop and maintain dashboards for performance tracking
– Present data in a structured and easy-to-understand format
– Standardize and organize data across departments
– Analyze hiring trends, funnel metrics, and workforce data
– Generate insights to support manpower planning and decision-making
– Identify trends, gaps, and areas of improvement across departments
– Provide data-backed inputs to leadership

REQUIREMENTS
– 0–1 year of experience
– Proficiency in: Google Sheets / Advanced Excel
– Power BI
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– High attention to detail and data accuracy
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Data interpretation and analytical thinking
– Ownership and accountability
– Structured approach to problem-solving
– Ability to manage and organize large datasets
