ROLE
– Assist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and coordination
– Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
– Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
– Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
– Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
– Support in onboarding and documentation of new hires
– Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
– Help in attendance tracking and data management
– Support HR reporting and dashboard creation
– Assist in policy communication and employee engagement initiatives
– Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations

REQUIREMENTS
– Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions
– Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
