ROLE
– Support onboarding and joining formalities
– Maintain employee records and HR documentation
– Help with attendance, leave management, and HR MIS
– Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
– Support employee engagement initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
– Freshers are welcome
– Good communication and coordination skills
– Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
– Basic knowledge of recruitment
– Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets
