ROLE
– Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process including offer letters, joining formalities, background checks, and induction sessions.
– Ensure timely creation and updating of employee records in the HRMS
– Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases.
– Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee documents.
– Manage and update employee data on the HRMS tool.
– Collate and verify attendance, leave, and variable data for payroll input
– Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events
– Coordinate exit formalities including clearance, documentation, and exit interviews.
– Ensure timely processing of F&F settlements and documentation handover.
– Assist in audits and compliance requirements.
– Support implementation of new HR policies and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
– 1–4 years of experience in HR Operations or Generalist roles.
– Experience with Keka HRMS is beneficial.
– Strong knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and HRMS tools.
– Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
– Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
