– Ensure joining formalities and coordinate with HR operations for onboarding.

– Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
– Generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
– Ensure proper documentation of recruitment records.
– Promote company hiring requirements through social media and professional platforms.
– Assist in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and walk-in interviews.
– Ensure recruitment processes follow company policies and labor compliance requirements.
– Suggest improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
