ROLE
– Ensure smooth daily operations of the battery swapping hub
– Monitor battery availability, charging cycles, and uptime
– Maintain operational efficiency and minimize downtime
– Track battery inventory and ensure proper utilization
– Maintain records of battery movement and lifecycle
– Ensure safety and compliance in battery handling
– Supervise and manage hub executives/technicians
– Ensure proper shift planning and workforce utilization
– Conduct regular training and performance monitoring
– Coordinate with logistics partners, service vendors, and local stakeholders
– Ensure timely maintenance and issue resolution
– Ensure seamless service experience for drivers and fleet partners
– Address and resolve escalations promptly
– Ensure adherence to safety standards and SOPs
– Maintain regulatory compliance at the hub
– Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on hub performance
– Track KPIs like uptime, battery utilization, and service turnaround time
REQUIREMENTS
– 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or fleet management
– Prior experience in EV, battery, or mobility sector is a plus
– Strong operational and problem-solving skills
– Team handling and leadership ability
– Good communication and stakeholder management
– Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
– Ownership and accountability
– Process-driven approach
– Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
– Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
