ROLE
– Identify and shortlist relevant influencers across platforms
– Evaluate influencer metrics, content quality, and audience authenticity
– Manage outreach, negotiations, and onboarding
– Assist in developing influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans based on brand objectives
– Conduct briefing calls and track content delivery timelines
– Build and maintain long-term, brand-aligned relationships
– Monitor performance and report on campaign results

REQUIREMENTS
– 1-3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably from an agency background
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer categories, and digital trends
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills
– Ability to evaluate influencer performance metrics using tools such as Instagram Insights, HypeAuditor, or similar platforms
– Detail-oriented with excellent project management and multitasking skills
