ROLE
– Handle inbound leads from website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
– Generate leads through outbound calls and database mining.
– Qualify prospects and identify potential customers.
– Maintain proper follow-up on all leads.
– Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
– Share quotations and proposals.
– Negotiate and close sales within assigned targets.
– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and direct customers.
– Maintain regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
– Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
– Ensure high customer satisfaction.
– Coordinate with Area Sales Managers and operations team for order processing.
– Maintain CRM updates with accurate customer data.
– Prepare daily call reports and sales MIS.
– Track conversion ratio and performance metrics.
– Stay updated on solar products, pricing, and competitor offerings.
– Educate customers about Loom Solar’s product portfolio.
– Suggest suitable products based on customer requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
– Good knowledge of MS Excel & CRM software.
– Target-driven mindset.
– Negotiation and closing skills.
– Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
– Experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or B2B/B2C sales preferred.
– Experience in solar/electrical/technical products will be an added advantage.
