ROLE
– Loop checking and commissioning of control systems.
– Troubleshooting of 420 mA signals, HART communication, and control wiring issues.
– Preventive and breakdown maintenance of instruments and control valves.
– Reading and interpreting P&IDs, loop diagrams, and wiring schematics.
– Assisting in plant shutdown and startup activities.
– Coordinating with operations and electrical teams to ensure smooth plant operation.

REQUIREMENTS
– Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Instrumentation / Electrical & Instrumentation or related field.
– 1-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial instrumentation maintenance.
– Strong knowledge of pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
– Experience in calibration, loop checking, and troubleshooting of instruments.
– Basic knowledge of PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
– Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, and wiring schematics.
– Familiar with 420 mA and HART communication protocols.
– Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
– Knowledge of industrial safety practices and LOTO procedures.
– Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Willing to work in shifts and shutdown activities.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
