ROLE
– Make outbound calls for payment follow-ups and support-related communication.
– Handle customer interactions professionally and escalate issues when required.
– Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up activities.
– Assist the in-house collection team with daily operational coordination.
– Track pending cases and update internal reports regularly.
– Coordinate with field teams for issue resolution and status updates.
– Maintain customer databases and documentation records.
– Provide backend support for manpower and operational requirements.
– Ensure timely reporting and communication with reporting managers.
– Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams.
– Share daily activity reports and collection updates.
– Follow internal calling processes and company policies.
REQUIREMENTS
– 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support or backend operations preferred.
– Freshers are encouraged to apply.
– Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and basic English.
– Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
