Intern – HR Operations
ROLE
– Assist with employee documentation, maintaining records, and updating HR databases
– Prepare, verify, and send out appointments and offer letters
– Respond to and resolve employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
– Support payroll processes by gathering and organising employee attendance data
– Help manage attendance records and leave tracking
– Ensure compliance with internal HR policies by assisting in audits and checks
– Track employee onboarding, coordinate induction sessions, and assist in offboarding documentation
– Assisting with the HRMS interventions on Darwin

REQUIREMENTS
– Graduation or Post-Graduation in a related field
– 3 months of internship experience in HR
– Strong communication skills
– Willingness to learn and develop new skills
– Proficient with handling data on platforms like MS Excel and Google Sheets
