ROLE
– Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of IT networks including switches, routers, and firewalls.
– Assist with network configuration changes, firmware upgrades, and patch management.
– Monitor firewall logs and raise alerts for anomalies and raising support tickets.
– Working on physical layer such as network Cabling, crimping, I/O punching.
– Support documentation of network diagrams and changes.
– Troubleshoot network issues related to routing, switching, and load balancing.
– Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tool.

REQUIREMENTS
– 2–4 years of experience in network operations or engineering
– Deep understanding of networking protocols.
– Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP mode
– Routing and switching experience CCNA or CCNP
