ROLE
– Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
– Act as a liaison between administration and various departments.
– Maintain office infrastructure, seating plans, utilities, and facility management.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and administrative guidelines.
– Maintain documentation, records, and MIS reports related to administration.
– Coordinate with IT vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and AMC tracking.
– Maintain inventory of laptops, desktops, networking devices, and peripherals.
– Ensure smooth functioning of office software, systems, and collaboration tools.
– Support implementation and maintenance of technology solutions for administrative tasks.
– Support employee onboarding by preparing workstations and allocating IT assets before Day 1.
– Coordinate email creation, system access, and software provisioning with relevant stakeholders.
– Maintain asset allocation records and tracking sheets.
– Manage employee offboarding by ensuring timely retrieval of assets and system access deactivation.
– Maintain proper documentation of asset handover and return.
– Track asset lifecycle including repairs, upgrades, and replacements.
– Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office infrastructure and IT requirements.
– Handle procurement of office supplies, IT equipment, and consumables.
– Ensure cost-effective purchasing and vendor negotiations.
– Monitor service contracts, AMCs, and renewals.
– Assist in ISO documentation and compliance maintenance.
– Support internal and external ISO audits by ensuring documentation readiness.
– Maintain SOPs, process documents, and compliance records.
– Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
– Provide administrative support to leadership and team members.
– Assist in organizing meetings, office events, and employee engagement initiatives.
– Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems.
REQUIREMENTS
– 1–2 years of hands-on IT troubleshooting experience.
– Strong understanding of office systems and administrative operations.
– Knowledge of ISO audit processes and documentation control.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Ability to manage priorities and take ownership of tasks.
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
– High level of accountability and attention to detail.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
– 1–3 years of proven experience in Administration & IT Support.
– Experience in handling IT assets and onboarding/offboarding coordination.
