ROLE
– Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and network devices
– Support user account management, access control, and password resets
– Monitor system performance and assist in resolving hardware and software issues
– Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and maintain Java-based applications
– Document technical procedures, incidents, and system configurations
– Participate in system updates, patches, and security compliance activities
– Provide first-level technical support to end-users across departments

REQUIREMENTS
– Basic understanding of Java programming concepts and environment setup
– Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Willingness to work in a team-oriented, collaborative setting
