ROLE
– Must have a thorough knowledge of end-to-end procurement
– Analyzing & monitoring movement of commodities, analyzing spend trend & identifying the best supplier among all
– Negotiating & coordinating with concerned departments to get the purchasing agreements sign off by suppliers
– Risk Mitigation-Visiting suppliers for capacity assessment & identifying additional vendors for supply of critical parts
– Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
– Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
– Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
– Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
– Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
– Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
– 1-2 years of experience, with prior experience in Solar preferred
– MS Office, especially MS Excel
– Strong negotiating and influencing skills
– Ability to think critically, organize work assignments according to their priority
– Comfort in collaborating with various stakeholders, internal and external
– Passion for delivering high quality results and takes complete accountability of assignments
– Willingness to learn
– Networking skills
