ROLE
– Deliver annual sales revenue from Disaster Management and MHA-linked accounts
– Build and manage relationships with MHA departments, NDRF, SDRF, State Disaster Management Authorities, State Police, Fire & Rescue Services, Home Departments, and related agencies
– Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, opportunity mapping, proposal preparation, tender participation, negotiation, contract closure, execution follow-up, and collections
– Identify application opportunities for EyeROV solutions in search and rescue, underwater inspection, flood response, reservoir and river operations, and critical infrastructure support
– Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, tender documents, EOIs, and responses to RFPs for government clients
– Coordinate closely with operations, technical, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution and timely payment realization
– Develop and manage partnerships with system integrators, distributors, PSU-linked partners, and regional channel partners to expand reach across states
– Maintain accurate sales MIS, pipeline reports, revenue forecasts, tender trackers, and collections follow-up reports for management review
– Represent EyeROV in government meetings, demonstrations, exhibitions, field trials, and customer presentations
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
– 8–15 years of experience in B2G / B2B technical sales, preferably in Disaster Management, State Police, Fire & Rescue, MHA-linked organizations, or government security/surveillance / robotics/equipment sales
– Strong exposure to government tenders, GeM portal opportunities, RFP submissions, and techno-commercial proposal preparation
– Experience working with or selling to NDRF / SDRF / Police / Fire & Rescue / Disaster Management Authorities will be a strong advantage
– Prior experience in high-tech product sales, such as ROVs, drones, robotics, surveillance systems, industrial equipment, or safety/security solutions will be preferred
– Strong understanding of B2G procurement processes, including government tendering, GeM, and state procurement systems
– Ability to manage large and complex sales opportunities with multiple stakeholders
– Strong proposal drafting, tender documentation, and commercial negotiation skills
– Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions clearly to government buyers
– Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
– Strong relationship-building ability with senior government officials and institutional stakeholders
– Consultative, solution-oriented, and execution-focused approach
– Strong ownership mindset with high follow-up discipline
– Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
– Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional language capability will be an advantage
