ROLE
– To generate new leads through various channels like LinkedIn, Digital Marketing, Events, Workshops, and Donor Referrals for acquiring potential donors.
– To contact donors and explain WWF India’s work in a clear and interesting way.
– To keep the existing and new donors engaged by maintaining consistent communication and building long-term relationships.
– To convert, retain, and upgrade the existing donor database to maximize the retention ratio.
– To assist the Key Donor team in planning donor activities and collaborating with internal teams on creative communication for key donors.
REQUIREMENTS
– Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA from a recognized university.
– Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work under tight deadlines.
– Highly performance-oriented and able to work in a team.
– Energy-driven individual who can inspire people and promote WWF-India’s work.
– At least 1 year of experience in Sales.
