ROLE
– Identify potential clients across industries for lab testing services
– Promote NABL-accredited laboratory capabilities
– Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service portfolios to clients
– Support in empanelment processes with government, public, and private sector companies
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
– Coordinate client queries regarding sampling, testing methods, and standards
– Provide timely follow-up on leads, quotations, and client approvals
– Work closely with the lab operations team to schedule sampling, testing, and timely delivery of reports
– Maintain MIS reports for leads, prospects, conversions, and revenue
– Track competitor activities and suggest strategies for market positioning
– Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements under CPCB, SPCB, MoEF&CC, and BIS standards related to laboratory testing
– Ensure client communication highlights compliance benefits of HECS

REQUIREMENTS
– Experience with water, wastewater, soil, air, food, and environmental testing
