ROLE
– Identify, evaluate, and secure suitable land parcels through direct purchase or lease arrangements.
– Coordinate and liaise with landowners, local authorities, government bodies, and legal advisors to facilitate land acquisition.
– Ensure thorough due diligence, including title verification, mutation, and conversion of land for project development.
– Manage relationships with key stakeholders at the village, district, and state levels to smoothen acquisition processes.
– Prepare and maintain land acquisition reports, status trackers, and documentation for internal and external audits.
– Support regulatory approval processes, including coordination with revenue departments, DISCOMs, and other statutory bodies.
– Handle liaison activities with local administration, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders to ensure seamless project development.
– Resolve land-related issues and risks during the lifecycle of the project.

REQUIREMENTS
– Graduate degree in any discipline; preference for candidates with a legal or land-related academic background.
– Strong understanding of land acquisition policies, regulatory approvals, and legal frameworks.
– Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
– Ability to independently manage fieldwork, travel frequently within Tamil Nadu, and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
– Knowledge of title due diligence, land documentation, and local revenue records.
– Experience in working with government departments and regulatory agencies.
