ROLE
– Manage Fire Safety of all sites
– Ensure all services are as per client’s requirements
– Develop and monitor the Fire Safety Management Plan
– Design the framework on how the Fire Safety Department will operate
– Issue guidelines and design procedures
– Review and upgrade procedures periodically
– Determine the appropriate solutions to significant fire risks as per assessments
– Be part of fire risk assessment and incorporate findings in Fire Safety Operations Manual or Fire Safety Management plan
– Train and teach others on Fire Safety Measures
– Manage Daily Operations of Fire Safety centrally
– Assess daily reporting and manage day-to-day operations
– Coordinate with other departments for initiating and completion of Fire Safety Projects on sites
– Present Fire Safety management performance to senior management
– Coordinate and conduct the Campus Evacuation Drills
– Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all Fire Safety Related matters
– Maintain the Fire Safety performance parameters and ensure investigations of Fire Related incidents
– Provide End to End support to all stakeholders pertaining to fire safety matters
– Implement all update/directions issued from state fire service
– Ensure Fire safety management plan is current and is up to date
– Establish and maintain effective liaison with the State fire service and other appropriate authorities responsible for Fire Safety functions
– Demonstrate leadership and utilize interpersonal skills to lead, influence, and encourage others
– Develop and build teams by encouraging mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
– Implement controls to manage fire risk
– Exceed customer satisfactions by providing services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
– Communicate with fire team, peers, and subordinates
– Ensure implementation of new initiative/best practices to improve efficiency and enhance service levels across all sites
– Attend meetings, conferences, workshops, and training sessions
– Ensure timely submission of MIS and related report to respective stakeholder
– Ensure timely response on mails, occupant concern resolution, and minute of meeting circulation
– Support JLL emerging business by sharing the leads of works taken up at the sites
– Demonstrate usage of training tool for self-development
– Inculcate the culture of appreciation
– Take part and drive JLL initiatives like D&I, CSR, Safety Week, etc.
– Imbibe JLL culture and values
– Perform any other task/responsibility assigned by the management from time to time

REQUIREMENTS
– Graduation from accredited university
– More than 12 years’ experience specifically of Fire Safety in a Mall/Commercial high-rise building
– More than 7 years must be on a Managerial level, preferably in Central Team
