ROLE
– Develop and monitor the Fire Safety Management Plan
– Design the framework for the Fire Safety Department
– Issue guidelines and design procedures for Fire Safety
– Review and upgrade procedures periodically
– Determine solutions to significant fire risks
– Incorporate findings from fire risk assessments into Fire Safety Operations Manual
– Identify educational needs and develop training programs for Fire Safety
– Manage daily operations of Fire Safety
– Coordinate with other departments for Fire Safety projects
– Present Fire Safety management performance to senior management
– Conduct Campus Evacuation Drills
– Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Fire Safety
– Maintain Fire Safety performance parameters and investigate incidents
– Provide support to stakeholders on Fire Safety matters
– Implement updates and directions from state fire service
– Ensure the Fire Safety management plan is current and up-to-date
– Establish and maintain liaison with state fire service and other authorities
– Demonstrate leadership and influence others
– Develop and build teams
– Implement controls to manage fire risk
– Exceed customer satisfaction
– Communicate with fire team, peers, and subordinates
– Attend meetings, conferences, and training sessions
– Ensure timely submission of reports and responses to mails
– Support JLL emerging business and initiatives
– Demonstrate usage of training tools for self-development
– Inculcate the culture of appreciation
– Take part in JLL initiatives
– Imbibe JLL culture and values
– Perform other tasks assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
– Graduation from an accredited university with Fire Safety Diploma from a government-approved institution
– More than 12 years of experience in Fire Safety, with over 7 years in a managerial level
– Administrative experience
– Leadership quality

– Outstanding personal integrity
– Effective communication skills
– Effective English language skills
