ROLE
– Involved in the End-to-End Sales process from Lead Generation to Order Collection and payment Collection
– Generating leads from multiple platforms
– Enter and update customer information in the database
– Take and process orders in an accurate manner
– Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
– Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications
– Analyzing customer feedback on products and services offered
– Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints

REQUIREMENTS
– Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
– Problem-solving skills
– Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
– Ability to resolve conflicts with the customer
– Team player
– Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information
– Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels
– Proficiency in MS Office
