ROLE
– Perform the QA Operations as per the Avaada Quality Policy, QA Policies and Procedures
– Overall responsibility for Line Process and floor Quality, FQC, OBA, Container QC, PFMEA, DOE, Quality Lab, Customer visit
– Pre Sales & Post Sales support
– Handling customer complaint & On time resolution
– Handling Customer Pre dispatch inspection
– Ensuring that all the processes have met with the IEC Standard
– Providing training related to process & Standards
– Developing and providing data for management communication and Quality improvements
– Implementation of 7QC tools, CAPA, Kaizen Tools, 5s etc
– Weekly & Monthly technical training to all operators & technicians
– Equipment Resourcing
– Day’s Planning
– Plant QA Management System
– QA daily Performance Review, Improvement, and Weekly Reporting
REQUIREMENTS
– Experience: >10 years
– Qualification & Certification: B.Tech/Diploma in mechanical/electrical/electronics
– Awareness of ISO 9001-2015 standard, green belt certification
– Subject specific technical knowledge
– Knowledge & ability of Manpower Management, Problem solving, Leadership, Good Communication & Technical skill
– Interactive Skills, Presentation Skills, Teamwork, document Preparation, System Audit, MS Office Proficient – Word, Power Point, Excel, SAP, Minitab etc
– Knowledge of measuring instruments & testing equipment used in Solar module manufacturing
– Knowledge of sampling plan & its use
