ROLE
– Prepare daily/weekly production plans in alignment with demand and plant capacity.
– Monitor line performance, machine uptime, throughput, yield, and utilization.
– Oversee shift planning, manpower allocation, and adherence to SOPs.
– Work closely with Process and Quality teams to maintain cell efficiency, binning performance, and low defect levels.
– Drive reduction in breakage, scrap, and rework.
