ROLE
– Onboard new clients: identify, reach out, pitch, and close deals
– Build and manage a strong, high-quality sales pipeline
– Grow revenue from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
– Identify and onboard distributors across regions to expand market reach
– Do market & competition research to identify trends and new opportunities
– Introduce new products based on client demand and market gaps
– Own P&L: improve pricing, margins, and overall profitability
– Identify relevant industry events, exhibitions, and expos; represent and generate leads
– Coordinate with supply chain, procurement & finance to ensure smooth order execution and payments
– Lead, guide, and drive performance of the B2B team

REQUIREMENTS
– 6–9 years of experience in B2B/ enterprise/ institutional sales
– Strong track record of closing deals and consistently achieving targets
– Experience in FMCG, D2C, or startup ecosystem preferred
– Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
– Comfortable with field sales and outbound outreach
– Self-starter with high ownership and accountability
