– Monitor the compliances for manpower
– Push the site mobilization of manpower
– Forecast manpower requirement for site in advance
– Keep track of on-boarding and exit of subcontractor manpower
– Handle manpower issues at site

REQUIREMENTS
– 8 – 14 yrs of experience
– Able to understand requirements for manpower
– Able to independently get required License for the manpower
– Able to Liaison with the govt authorities and local bodies
