ROLE
– Ensure to manage compliance w.r.t follow IRDA guidelines
– Ensuring compliance with IRDA guidelines and keeping up to date with all regulatory changes and ensuring implementation of the same in the company’s Insurance business
– Liaise with product function/ Insurance business team for IRDA Compliances
– Preparing and finalizing of regulatory returns on periodical basis and submission of returns/timely reporting of IRDA reports
– To track new IRDA regulation regulations applicable to the Corporate agents and achieve its implementation across the functions
– Assisting and guiding CRM team on drafting response for the Insurance related Complainant Customer
– Adopt IRDA training material/ manuals and business processes from compliance perspective
– To develop and implement compliance systems, processes and controls
– To ensure and implement IRDA regulatory compliance in telemarketing and other alternative business channels
– To provide IRDA compliance guidance to various functions on applicable laws and regulations, ethics, and internal standards
– To assist in identification of IRDA regulatory risks, implications and recommend actions for mitigating those risks
– Assisting in IRDAI inspection including obtaining data from various businesses
– Continuous engagement with various Business and support functions on drafting and review of various Insurance related process and policies
