ROLE
– Direct, advise and coordinate with junior proposal managers
– Manage time, work efficiently and deliver in short timespan
– Prepare proposal independently and support other members for proposals
– Lead preparation of proposals
– Prepare technical and commercial proposals for various enquiries/projects ETPs, CETPs, ZLDs, STPs and WTPs
– Perform design and cost optimization without affecting quality
– Reduce cost without affecting quality
– Prepare all required process design, drawings and documents
