ROLE
– End-to-end procurement of electrical materials, cables, panels, meters, IT hardware, networking equipment, and services
– RFQs, technical–commercial evaluations, negotiations, and PO releases
– Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, IT, and Site teams to meet delivery timelines
– Vendor onboarding, performance reviews, and issue resolution
– Manage logistics, warehousing, GST/ e-way bill compliance, and inventory control
– Drive cost savings, alternate sourcing, and rate contracts
– Maintain documentation and ensure audit and policy compliance

REQUIREMENTS
– Strong knowledge of utility/EPC and IT hardware procurement
– Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
– Project-driven execution mindset with urgency
– Proficiency in SAP system / Procure Engine / Ariba / MS Excel
– Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / supply chain / PGDM in SCM / Operations
– 8–12 years of relevant SCM / Procurement experience
– Prior exposure to utility/Electrical EPC projects & IT hardware sourcing
