ROLE
– Actively participate in project implementation planning and detailed work-plan development to ensure effective execution.
– Lead vendor shortlisting and contracting processes in alignment with project requirements.
– Manage end-to-end vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
– Supervise plant fabrication activities in accordance with approved detailed engineering designs and technical specifications.
– Oversee the overall project execution process, ensuring coordination across stakeholders and functions.
– Administer and monitor vendor contracts to ensure adherence to agreed timelines, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
– Handle local-level liaison and stakeholder coordination, including coordination with local Government departments as necessary, to ensure smooth site operations.
– Demonstrate effective people management by guiding and coordinating cross-functional teams and site personnel.
– Undertake constant travel as required for site supervision, stakeholder engagement, and project monitoring.
– Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address on-ground challenges and ensure uninterrupted project implementation.
– Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure process accuracy, compliance, and overall project excellence.

REQUIREMENTS
– Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Civil engineering with 15 years hands-on experience in fabrication / manufacturing / installation of industrial scale plants.
– At least 5 years’ experience in overall construction quality check and installation responsibility, with track records of meeting tight deadline.
– Having soft skill dealing with vendors and day-to-day contract management.
– Having effective liaising capacity with local stakeholders for smooth operation of the site
