Network Lead – NCR Region
ROLE
– Own regional network growth targets, commercial performance, and contribution to network P&L.
– Ensure locations meet financial benchmarks on rent, power costs, demand charges, and CAPEX viability.
– Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close agreements with landlords, property owners, fleet operators, and businesses.
– Structure and close commercial terms aligned with central SOPs and pricing frameworks.
– Act as the primary commercial relationship owner for all NCR network partners.
– Liaise with DISCOMs to secure EV power connections across NCR territories.
– Engage and manage contractors for power application, approvals, and meter energization.
– Setup parameters for network design and follow central SOPs to help the team to scout and evaluate potential charging locations against commercial, technical, and regulatory criteria.
– Build site feasibility including rent, power availability, fixed charges, and expected utilization.
– Recommend go/no-go decisions with clear financial rationale.
– Build strong working relationships with landlords, DISCOMs, Charge Point Operators, vendors, and local authorities.
– Coordinate closely with central teams and regional operations for seamless handover post power readiness.
– Serve as the single point of contact for all network-related matters in the region.
– Build regional partnerships that help scale the network rapidly.
– Oversee electricity billing, reimbursements, and settlements with landlords and partners.
– Ensure accurate reconciliation and adherence to commercial agreements.
– Maintain and manage local legal documents and contracts as per central SOPs.
– Hire, manage, and scale the NCR network team.
– Manage regional vendors and contractors for network development and power enablement.
– Ensure productivity, accountability, and SOP adherence across the team.
– Work with central teams to implement and enforce SOPs and best practices.
– Ensure all network activities comply with legal, financial, and regulatory standards.
REQUIREMENTS
– High sense of ownership and agility in work.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
– Prior experience of 5 to 7 years in sales and operations within industries associated with electricity, such as Electric Vehicles, Solar, Parking Management, or Battery Storage.
– Proven ability to close commercial deals and manage regional P&L.
